About Ahmad Davis · My journey

My journey began in the back of a ’91 Ford Explorer.

I was fully employed, homeless, and going through a divorce. Opening the Bible and applying what I read became the turning point in my life.

Today, I’m a Biblical teacher, author, and creator of the 100-Fold Biblical Investing System. I help people connect investing to the family, future, and purposes their decisions should serve.

The first turning point

A yellow pad.
A budget.
A place to begin.

I was living out of my Ford Explorer, working every day, and struggling with loneliness, shame, and loss. Listening to Dave Ramsey’s radio program pointed me toward Jesus and led me to open the Bible.

I began studying budgeting, tithing, giving, saving, and eventually investing. In the back of that Explorer, I wrote my first budget on a yellow pad. I started paying off debt, saving money, and applying what I was learning.

The circumstances did not change all at once. But something in me began to change.

The journey that shaped the work

Learning it. Living it. Then teaching it.

A new beginning

Help came through people.

A friend invited me to stay in his home, and I got off the streets. Later, I met Regina in New Orleans. We married in 2004 and began building our life together, paying off debt, saving, and buying cars with cash.

After we had begun demonstrating those principles in our own lives, her parents invited me to help people at their church. Financial coaching began as ministry.

Lessons through setbacks

The business did not grow as I hoped.

I eventually left Walgreens to pursue financial coaching. The business struggled, and after we moved to Texas in 2012, it collapsed. I had much to learn about growing a business and about my own leadership.

At Triumph Church in Beaumont, I continued teaching Wise Money and Wise Investor. That season also planted the vision that would become the House of Biblical Wisdom.

The question that changed the teaching

“How does it affect their hearts?”

We moved to Canada in 2017. We began to commit and serve at Summit Church in Edmonton. I presented Wise Money and Wise Investor classes to the Pastors as part of my service. When describing the class, I was describing the financial results of the classes when Pastor Dez asked me the question, how does it affect their hearts. I could not answer it. I had focused on debt, savings, and investing results without connecting the teaching deeply enough to the heart.

Studying Romans 5:3–5 helped shape the my understanding of how my own journey and the journey of those attending the class produced a lasting hope. When understood, this hope helped me and them experience God's love in the midst of the struggles and became the foundation of a testimony for the love and mercies of God. The teachings were reshaped to be founded on this revelation of hope, not just financial results.

The lesson I needed at home

I had to apply what I was teaching.

Canada was also the hardest season of our marriage. I was teaching biblical Truth, but I still needed to grow in the character to live it. I began applying revelations of hope, compassion, patience, and kindness to our marriage, often failing and learning to keep going.

“I needed us to apply it in our marriage first, then demonstrate it in our marriage, and then teach.”

The foundation for House of Biblical Wisdom

Revelation and demonstration.

In 2023 we moved to Louisiana. Deeper study of the Word, including the Parable of the Sower, further shaped how I understood growth and fruitfulness. During our time in Louisiana, God revealed the Seven Pillars of Biblical Wisdom framework, the Unshakable Man framework and the 100-Fold Budgeting, Investing, and Business systems. In 2024, I formally launched House of Biblical Wisdom.

The thread through the journey is receiving Truth from God’s Word and learning to demonstrate it in life. That is the foundation of the teaching, books, and tools I build with God's Grace.

The point behind it all

We steward what God has given us — for Christ’s sake, and for the gospel’s.

“Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.”Mark 10:29–30 · NKJV

Jesus is speaking to people who gave something up for His sake and for the gospel’s — and He answers with a promise: a hundredfold in this time, and eternal life in the age to come.

That is the purpose of the 100-Fold Systems, to learn to steward what God has entrusted to us for Christ's sake and the gospel. Stewarding is not about managing a budget; it is about managing well what God has entrusted to us, so it can serve His purposes — Christ, the gospel, our family, and the people who we are called to serve. The 100-Fold system exists to help you steward with that purpose in view.

The mission behind the work

400 million biblically prosperous marriages.

This is a generational vision: equip people to apply the Word in their lives and homes, then help others do the same.

My journey taught me to look beyond financial progress. Marriage, children, character, and the way we treat people belong in the conversation about prosperity.

That is why investing has a place within this larger mission. Your financial decisions can serve provision, generosity, retirement, inheritance, and legacy, with your family and God’s purposes in view.

What this means for your investing

Purpose. Stewarding. Kingdom.

The 100-Fold Biblical Investing System connects three dimensions: why you invest, how you steward what is entrusted to you, and what your investing will serve.

Begin with the Word.

Read Scripture in context. Distinguish what a passage says from the system’s investing application.

Build understanding.

Examine what an investment owns, how it can grow, what it costs, and how it can lose value.

Consider your household.

Connect the facts to your responsibilities, goals, and long-term purpose. Seek qualified counsel when you need it.

Why 100-Fold?

A biblical framework and a mathematical standard.

Multiplying a starting amount one hundred times over forty years requires about 12.21% compound annual growth. At that constant rate, $1,000 becomes roughly $100,000 before fees, taxes, and inflation. This is a hypothetical teaching illustration, not a forecast or promised return. Actual returns vary and can be negative. Explore the biblical reasoning, calculations, and boundaries.
